Sessions & Fees

I offer a free, no obligation 20 minute consultation for you to explore whether I am the right therapist for you.

Sessions last for 55 minutes and are £70 per session.*

A block of 5 sessions is £320

Smoking cessation is £210 for 2 sessions 3 weeks apart plus a 6-month review.

There are several ways of paying for your sessions- I accept cash and bank transfer, and I am also recognised by health insurance companies (please enquire for details). I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s office, please see my privacy policy to understand how your data is protected in line with GDPR.

*Session rate will be discounted to £65 for carers/Blue Light Card holders/low income when paid in advance.
